Michael Buble Tribute Update

‘MICHAEL BUBLE’ SONGS FOR CAMBODIA.

Our parish charity, ‘I Believe’ is holding a Michael Buble tribute concert in St. Alban’s Social Club on Saturday, 14th April. Tickets are on sale at the back of both churches. The cost of each ticket is £10, and this includes entry into the concert, a potato pie supper and entry into a free draw with the prize of a voucher worth £100 to spend on a Bosch electrical appliance from Toplex of Sudell Cross. Now that’s a bargain! As well as all this there will be a raffle with tickets on sale on the night and of course the bar will be open throughout the evening. All profits will go to our projects in Cambodia, including the building of an extension to our school at Chombok So later this year.

Sal Southard will be missing from the bookshop at the back of St. Alban’s today (Sunday, 18th March) as she will be running a stall for our charity at a ‘car boot sale’ in King George’s Hall from 9.00am to 3.00pm. If you are in town today why not drop in on her, be worth it just to find out how she got her car up the stairs. Orders for the Cambodian crafts can be made once again at the back of St. Alban’s after Mass today, and they will be on display until after 11.15am Mass. Many thanks to Jenny and all her customers at the shop in the parish hall at the Good Shepherd for the recent donation of £25.
